By booking with Vandell Vacation Rentals, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Guest," "you," "your") and Vandell Vacation Rentals ("we," "our," "us").

2. House Rules

You agree to adhere to the following house rules during your stay:

• Respectful Conduct: You are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with respect and consideration.
• No Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and notify us of any accidents.
• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is as specified and must not be exceeded.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover damages or additional cleaning fees.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms of the cancellation policy and any applicable fees.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

6. Liability

• Property Use: Guests assume full responsibility for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
• Indemnification: Vandell Vacation Rentals is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests use the property at their own risk.

7. Privacy

• Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

• Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
