If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or services, or rent our properties. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“customer”, “guest”, “you”, “your”) and Vandell Vacation Rentals.

By booking with Vandell Vacation Rentals or using the Website or services, you accept to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

We provide property and vacation rentals, and the Website serves you to support your search for properties, education, and selection of properties for rent. You agree to the use of the Website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Message frequency varies depending on how and how much you have engaged or continue to engage with Vandell Vacation Rentals.

12. SMS CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Your phone and SMS carrier and service are not responsible for the messages from Vandell Vacation Rentals.

13. TERMINATION

14. PROPERTY (“HOUSE”) RULES AND TERMS

You agree to adhere to the following house rules during your stay:

• Respectful Conduct: You are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with respect and consideration.
• No Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and notify us of any accidents.
• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is as specified and must not be exceeded.

15. PROPERTY RENTAL BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover damages or additional cleaning fees.

16. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• Cancellation Policy: Refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms of the cancellation policy and any applicable fees.

17. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OF RENTAL PROPERTIES

• Check-In: Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

18. RENTAL PROPERTY LIABILITY

• Property Use: Guests assume full responsibility for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vandell Vacation Rentals will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our Website, services, or property rentals.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vandell Vacation Rentals, its employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Website, services, property rentals or violation of these Terms. Vandell Vacation Rentals is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests use the property at their own risk.

21. PRIVACY

• Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Website and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oklahoma City, OK.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our Website. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
