The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is a non-profit zoological park which spans over 25 acres and is home to over 300 animals and the adventures never end. Journey through the South American Adventure to meet sloths, macaws, and tortoises; feed giraffes Benjamin and Akayla; or visit Destination: Madagascar to experience the world’s largest pollinators, lemurs. The adventures continue in the walk-through aviary, Munsell Sustainable Garden, and the Soaring Eagle Zipline, providing a 110-foot-high aerial view of the zoo.
